ORDERS + SHIPPING

Can I track my order?
Yes! Within 2-3 business days after the close of the "Deals and Steals" promotion, you will receive a shipping notification e-mail with your tracking information (note: this is a separate e-mail from your order confirmation e-mail!). If you have not received this information after June 6, please reach out to dealsandsteals@yellowleafhammocks.com.

Do you ship to Canada?
Yes! For a flat $49.45 shipping charge, we will ship your "Deals and Steals" order to Canada (Please note that customers are responsible for any duties/customs fees). For international returns/exchanges, the shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

HANGING A HAMMOCK

How do I hang my hammock?
Each hammock comes with a “Hammocking 101” Guide to help you get it set up. If you’ve misplaced yours and have any questions, not to worry! You can check out our hammock hanging guide or product info chart for size specs! If you need more assistance, please reach out to dealsandsteals@yellowleafhammocks.com. 

Do hammocks come with hanging hardware, accessories or stands?
Each Yellow Leaf Hammock includes a "Hammocking 101" Guide with instructions on where and how to hang your hammock. Because there are a range of options for hanging, we do not automatically include hardware with your hammock. We sell versatile tree straps on our website, but these aren't the only options for installation!

Are your hammocks compatible with other stands?
Yes, our hammocks are compatible with many stands on the market. It's best to compare our product dimensions with the stand manufacturer's specifications. (If your stand is more than 12 ft. long, it may be possible to use rope or chain to extend your hammock's length.)

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Do your hammocks stand up well to the elements?
You bet! Our signature Performance Yarn is weather-proof and UV-resistant, so it won’t fade with time or exposure to the elements - surprisingly rare among hammocks.

What are the hammocks made out of?
Our Signature Hammocks are 100% handwoven with a specially-made, soft-spun colorfast acrylic Performance Yarn. The cotton rope line is - you guessed it - 100% cotton! The Adventure Hammock is made from lightweight nylon.


How can I keep my hammock in prime condition?
Every hammock comes with care recommendations, but they are super sturdy and easy to care for! Our Signature + Hanging Chair Hammocks are made from a weathersafe Performance Yarn that can be left out in the sun + rain with no worries about fading, mildew, etc. (We call these ones "lazy-proof" because you can leave them out all season!) The most important hammock-care precaution is to avoid snagging the yarn with any sharp objects, hooks, jewelry, buttons, etc.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
If you aren’t happy, neither are we! We try to keep returns and exchanges stress-free for our customers. For domestic (U.S.) hammock returns, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label once your return or exchange is approved and we will deduct a $9.95 shipping fee from the return balance once we receive your prepaid return package.

Please note that for international orders, the shipping costs for returns/exchanges must be covered by the customer. Requests for return are accepted within 14 days of receipt. The original packing slip, packaging and manual must accompany the product and you must return each item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. We do not charge restocking fees.
