Can I track my order?
Yes, when your order ships you will receive a shipping notification e-mail with your hammock’s tracking information (note: this is a separate e-mail from your order confirmation).
How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE Shipping on every hammock to any destination within the U.S.
You can also expedite your hammock order via UPS 2-Day Air ($45) to receive your hammock within 2 business days or Next-Day UPS Air ($75) for delivery on the next business day.
International Shipping for hammocks costs a flat $40.
We are not able to expedite shipping for hammock stands. Please note that we can only ship hammock stands within the U.S. at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Free U.S. Shipping will take between 2-5 days, unless otherwise specified in the product details.
If your preferred hammock is in stock, there are also two options to expedite your order: Select UPS 2-Day Air ($45) to receive your hammock within 2 business days. Select UPS Next-Day Air ($75) for delivery on the next business day. Please note that expedited shipping is not available for hammock stands.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! For a flat $40 shipping charge, we can ship a hammock to you anywhere in the world. All international orders are shipped directly from our weaving warehouse in Thailand via DHL and typically take 5-10 days to arrive. (Please note that international customers are responsible for any duties/customs fees. Any returned packages due to customs payment refusal will be subject to an additional fee for shipping costs.) For international returns/exchanges, the shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Please note that we are only able to ship hammock stands domestically.

How do I hang my hammock?
Each hammock comes with a “Hammocking 101” Guide to help you get it set up. If you’ve misplaced yours and have any questions, not to worry! You can check out our hammock hanging guide or product info chart for size specs!
Do hammocks come with hanging hardware, accessories or stands?
Each Yellow Leaf Hammock includes a "Hammocking 101" Guide with instructions on where and how to hang your hammock. Because there are a range of options for hanging, we do not automatically include hardware with your hammock. We sell versatile tree straps and an adjustable hammock stand on our website, but these aren't the only options for installation!
Do you sell spreader bars for your Hanging Chair Hammocks?
At this time we do not carry spreader bars - we are in the process of finding a manufacturer that is aligned with our social / environmental impact mission! Luckily, you don't need a spreader bar to hang the Hanging Chair Hammock. Most customers choose to hang the hammock from two points above (like a beam or tree branch) using straps or rope, or between two trees! Check out our instagram account for ideas.
Are your hammocks compatible with other stands?
Yes, our hammocks are compatible with many stands on the market. It's best to compare our product dimensions with the stand manufacturer's specifications. (If your stand is more than 12 ft. long, it may be possible to use rope or chain to extend your hammock's length.)

Do your hammocks stand up well to the elements?
You bet! Our signature Performance Yarn is weather-proof and UV-resistant, so it won’t fade with time or exposure to the elements - surprisingly rare among hammocks.
What are the hammocks made out of?
Our Signature Hammocks are 100% handwoven with a specially-made, soft-spun colorfast acrylic Performance Yarn. The cotton rope line is - you guessed it - 100% cotton!
How can I keep my hammock in prime condition?
Every hammock comes with care recommendations, but they are super sturdy and easy to care for! Our Signature + Hanging Chair Hammocks are made from a weathersafe Performance Yarn that can be left out in the sun + rain with no worries about fading, mildew, etc. (We call these ones "lazy-proof" because you can leave them out all season!) The most important hammock-care precaution is to avoid snagging the yarn with any sharp objects, hooks, jewelry, buttons, etc.
Yikes! How can I repair a tear or snag?
Oh no! We feel your heartbreak. Your best bet is to snap a few photos that show what the damage looks like and email your pics + some info about the incident to email@example.com. That way our Hammock Concierge can help get you relaxing asap! In the meantime, we suggest not using your hammock as a safety precaution and to avoid further damage.

What is your return policy?
If you aren’t happy, neither are we. We want you to try our hammocks out absolutely risk-free!
Our 30-day stress-free returns and exchange policy dates from the day you receive your order. For domestic (U.S.) hammock returns, we will provide a free return shipping label and you can simply box it up and send it back.
Please note that for international orders and for hammock stand orders, the shipping costs for returns/exchanges must be covered by the customer.
Each returned item will be inspected. If upon inspection the items are deemed to have been damaged or altered in any way, your refund or exchange credit will be subject to approval.
Please note that custom hammock orders are final.
