Order + Shipping Information

Q: Does Yellow Leaf Hammocks ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

A:  All domestic orders ship exclusively with USPS. USPS does deliver to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

 

Q: How much does shipping and handling cost?

A:  We offer free eco-shipping to any destination within the United States, U.S. Territories, or to Military APO/FPO addresses. Shipping to Canada is a flat $10 charge. International Shipping outside of the U.S. or Canada is a flat $30 charge. 

Although our standard free eco-shipping is super speedy (2-3 business days), we do offer even faster express shipping. Simply select Express Shipping when completing your order on our site. Express Shipping is a flat $30 charge and will arrive within 1 business day.

 

Q: How fast will my order ship and be delivered?

A: Your order will ship the same day if it is placed before 4pm EST Monday through Saturday. Some very rare exceptions do occur but you will be notified.
Standard free shipping guarantees your order to arrive within 2-3 business days.
Express orders will be delivered within 1-2 business days. 
Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery to Canada and International locations. 

Q: Can I expedite my order?

A: For domestic orders we offer USPS Priority shipping (2-3 business days) for free. You may select Express shipping for 1-2 day delivery.
For international orders we offer USPS Priority shipping for $30, which can take 5-7 business days depending on your location. Please contact us if you need your order sooner to see what we can do.

Q: Hi there, I'm wondering about the status of an order I placed?
A: If you created an Account profile when completing your payment on our site, you can access your order status in the My Account section on our site here, or you may contact us and we will be glad to check the status of your order for you. You should have also received an email with tracking info if your order has shipped.
Q: Can I check out if I don’t have an account?
A: You can create an account at the end of the transaction or select "Checkout as a Guest" if you prefer to not set up an Account.
