GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates can be ordered for a specific hammock size so your recipient can select the design they like best! All gift certificates can be sent via email and/or mailed to the buyer/gift recipient. You may have them personalized by inputting a gift message in the comments/notes section when paying for your order.
BUYING A GIFT CERTIFICATE
Q: How can I purchase a gift certificate?
A: You can purchase a gift certificate on our site just as you can any other item. After selecting the appropriate one, place it in the shopping cart and proceed through the order process.
Q: Can I personalize an order that is a gift?
A: When ordering a gift certificate or any product from our Hammock Shop, place it in the shopping cart as you would any other item. After entering your contact information and the appropriate address, you will be asked to select whether or not the item is a gift. If "yes" is selected, you may then enter the recipient's name, a message, and the sender's name or names. We will then include a custom made gift note that will include your message. Gift certificates are emailed directly to you to ensure fast delivery; the certificate will not be mailed directly to the recipient. Once you receive it, you may then forward the email on to the recipient or you may choose to print it out and deliver it personally.
Q: Will the price be visible if I purchase a hammock as a gift for someone?
A: First off, great gift, so hats off to you for being such a thoughtful person! Information regarding pricing and payment is not included on the packing slip when you check the Gift box on the Checkout page. If you are purchasing a gift to be shipped directly to the recipient, we recommend notifying the recipient of the delivery.
REDEEMING A GIFT CERTIFICATE
You can use a gift certificate to pay for any item on our website. Simply choose that option as the Method of Payment during the order process, enter the certificate number in the space provided, and submit your order. If the cost of your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you will be prompted to enter your credit card information.
Q: Lost your Gift Certificate code?
A: No problem. We'd be happy to email you a copy of the gift certificate code to the email address where it was originally sent. Simply contact our Hammock Concierge, and provide us your name, email address, and order number so that we may provide you the gift certificate code again.
Q: Can a gift certificate be redeemed for cash?
A: Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash, are not transferable to orders already placed.
Q: I am considering a Yellow Leaf Hammock as a Father's Day gift. Can I include a gift message with the hammock?
A: Yes! When completing your payment on the checkout page, you will see a section where you can include a gift note! We will then include a custom printed note with your specially requested message written on the note. It's a great touch!
Q: I purchasing a hammock as a gift, can I request that the price not be included in the package or receipt?
A: Select the "this is a gift" option when completing your payment and we will make sure the price is not shown on any of the packaging. We will also include a gift receipt that does not show the price.
Q: I am considering a Yellow Leaf Hammock as a wedding gift. Can I have it shipped to a separate gift address?
A: You will have the option to input a different shipping address when completing payment on our site.
